Please cancel your appointment as soon as possible if any foreseeable events prevent you attending.

24 hours notice is required to avoid a cancellation charge. Failure to attend an appointment without giving 24 hours notice will result in a charge for the full appointment. 

An invoice for any cancellation / No show charges will be sent to you for payment by bank transfer within 7 days. 

Late arrivals - Please try and adhere to your appointment time. I fully appreciate their are occasionally unforeseeable circumstances that cannot be avoided.

Late arrivals may impact on the time available for your treatment.
